I am looking to add some size (peak) to my biceps. The stuff I am currently doin gis not getting me the results I want. I have tried volume and heavy and I am not sure which helped out if either.
Workouts are going good, I am doing my own version of FST-7 training. I have always struggled with my biceps but I keep it simple the main 3 exercies I do are Straight bar, preacher and incline curls. I vary my rep range on straight bar I will do 2 set for 4 to 6 reps then for preacher I will do a rest pause set of 11,6,3 and then for incline curls I will do 8 sets of 8 reps with a 30 sec rest b/w sets.
Yes, progress!! Good to see you are really committed and sticking to your plan! Good decision not to forgo the workout on that "up at 3:30am day"! Keep it up (no doubt about that anyway)!
