How I Started:
Basically, I recently just had surgery on my arm...So I am waiting untill I finish rehab than hitting the weights for baseball.
Why I Love It:
Just makes me feel good.
How I Stay Motivated:
Asking myself, "Do you think you are good enough to play college baseball"...When I ask myself that, the answers always no, so I work hard; to make me feel content.

Main Goal:
Improve For A Sport
Goal (Overall):
I need to lose weight, and get stronger...However at this time, the only activity I can do is the stationary bike.
Goal (Long):
My goal is to lose 30-40 lbs. Get my 60 yard dash speed down to under 8. I basically want to transform my body... from basically a football (lineman) looking guy, to a guy in better baseball shape.
