February will be 3 years back in the gym. For those years I followed no diet, and only occasional supplementation. 2013 I'm doing both....
Starting with Optimum Nutrition's "Big Man on Campus" stack. Probably switch things up when it's gone.
01/24/13- Finished off the Whey and Casein, replenished with more Gold Standard Casein, and Performance Whey. Got free Amino chewables by ON, so we'll mix those in as well.
04/07/13- Finished off the Whey and Casein, replenished with clearance Whey, no more Casein. Also added in Beast Creature Creatine last month, and BattleFuel by MusclePharm started on the first. The combo seems to be working as I've gained a couple pounds and decreased bodyfat a little.
