What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?
Poor lifting style, especially in exercises like squats, deadlifts, good mornings, shrugs, flyes.

What is the most dangerous weightlifting exercise? Why?
Probably good mornings, standing tricep extensions, and olympic overhead lifts improperly performed. I also think that practicing the valsalva manoeuver is plain stupid.
