Overall Goal: Mainly to add some muscle and burn this fat off. All and all just to look and feel heathy and not to be ashamed to take my shirt off at the lake.

When I Started:
Oct, 2007
How I Started:
I started in Oct 07 just to better my health and physical appereance. I slack off over the holidays and around March I notice a new person in the mirror that I really didn't like (see pic). That pic was more modivation than I needed to get back to the gym and stay
Why I Love It:
It is such a stress releaser. In the mornings when I run I can tune the world out and run and loss myself in it. Same in the evenings when I lift. That and I sleep a whole lot better now
How I Stay Motivated:
I just look at my first pic when I think all my training is gone to waste. When I see it then look in the mirror, it brings a smile to my face knowing it is worth every second of pounding weights and running my ass off (literally)
