Overall Goal: Trying to build a good base before i move onto hypertrophy, getting squat + deadlift to at least 3 plates, and bench press to 2 plates..for reps..

I started back when i was about 14/15 with pushups and situps, i also got a cheap dumbell set. I have always loved the fact of getting huge, and i need to stay in shape for Muay Thai, which i also enjoy. However, i never really took it seriously until now, 2008. I am eating and lifting like a monster, and hope to achieve my goals soon.
Why I Love It:
I love the pump (thinks of arnold lol) and i dream of the day i can walk around shredded on the beach or something, and showing people how hard i have worked to achieve such results.
How I Stay Motivated:
Errm, just the thought of getting big, and not being a small teenager.

Allot of the oylmpic lifts are really good for sports. They're all really explosive and can be good mass builders. Stuff like Clean and jerk.

hey man how are you gaining so much weight so fast? what are you doing in terms of diet/lifts (also, to increase your lifts so much, you said you went from 90lb bench to 195). i need to gain weight!!
