Reason: I too want to lean out while keeping my muscle. I've almost completed getting my PT Cert too. We are on similar paths. She works hard and has a Great figure .....who wouldn't get inspired by her?

Reason: Whey's body is her own work of art! She busts her butt many times twice a day at the gym and ALWAYS has time to say hello and give a "looking good" shout out. At 49 she looks better than most women half her age. Quite an inspiration to me!
