Background
Always worked out somewhat at home....decided to join a gym and do it right....went from 3 days a week to 7 days a week b4 I knew it! Now I am soooo addicted!!
It is such a GREAT feeling no matter what kind of day you're having---it's just a very self-satisfying/gratifying feeling that you get after a good hard work out! Nothin' like it!!

An Observation....
Posted in Nutrition : Jan 25, 2012 10:53amJust an observation... But think it's noteworthy that this being a bodybuilding site...you would think the pics that would get the most attention WOULD be pics that showcase members' hard work and dedication to this lifestyle....
AGAIN...we don't live in a "perfect" world so....You'll have the pics of T & A's that belong to people who obviously do not have a fit/bb lifestyle...but for some reason think this is the site for them....to "display" all that....
Now..I'm NOT talking the pics that are on the sensual side that also display the
...Better Late Than Never.... ;)
Posted in Nutrition : Mar 08, 2011 7:22pmWell..It's official...I am competing! :) Nervous as can be but I am sooooo mentally there after going to the Arnold last weekend.... So excited and motivated after those couple days...just hard to describe.!
The only thing is...It is a little more challenging and intimidating to "start" something like this at my age! lol! But I put in the work and have been told for the last few years I should be competing or people assume I do...so I decided to make myself the very best I can be and just DO THIS!!! I am doing this for me...what an accom

So..I am no expert, by any means, but talk with several women who have been competing and believe I've found what works for me... If any of my friends are able to pull some things from this information that will help w/their own diet and nutrition plan, then I'm happy to pass it along...Hope it helps..
