I made a list of things i wanted to do before i get old and realized that improving myself physically is the only way to do those things.
Why I Love It:
It improves my self esteem and increases the things i can do.
How I Stay Motivated:
mirror, women, activities i want to do but cant right now, in shape friends not allowing my to make excuses... basically the norm.

I want to increase muscle mass as well as making my body as symmetrical as my condition allows.
Goal (Long):
I was born with mild cerebral palsy on my right side. I just want to push myself to the limit and see where that gets me. i do not have any goal numbers set because that is pointless at this stage of the game. Right now i am focused on doing my best. I will update my stats further down the road once i have made some progress.

That's because I make bodybuilding a huge priority in my life. You shouldn't compare your successes to my trials and tribulations as things aren't created equal. Why don't you start posting and create a thread where I can not only help you but others as well...
