hey! thank you for your comment....I've been putting this on hold due to the hard training in the military...i'm doing this 12 week course and it's been rought and tough but as a soldier sometimes we gotta eat what they give us in the field...i still stay away from the sweets deserts and fattening junk but i eat whatever healthy veggies and fruit they give us....been keeping off the lbs. just maintaining....5 more weeks and serious focused weight training will be up again!

No One things works for everyone. And there are alot of myths our here that these 'Pseudo-Professionals' promote only to sell products or follow what sounds aduequate at the moment.
