Yes
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
One my lower left bicep and once my shoulder. Really set me back, lost A LOT of strength. DO not remember how long, long enough to ruin a lot of hard work. Over time I recovered.

What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?
I do not care what is the most common. My reason was because I was getting so strong in certain areas so fast that the other areas that probably couldn't handle it messed up!
hey man .. really great body .. i have a question if you dont mind, about the 'amino fuel' .. is it for the energy?? i just started to take whey protein, so i dont know alot about these things .. even this whey protein i'm not sure how to use it xD

im not eating much at all, cardio is fine, and i can't afford to get a gym membership i use bodywheight exersices and u use rocks for extra wheight and they are like 20lb cobblestones
