I want to gain atleast twenty pounds of solid mass by the end of summer while keeping my body fat around 8%. I also want to make huge gains in the gym. I plan on achieving these goals by pushing my body to the limit.
New photos look good Dude !! I have been out of service due to injuries! I crushed my foot at work and had to have a metal plate & rods put in my big TOE !! STAY AT IT !!!! LATER:
I've been mostly doing cardio exercises w/weighted vest lately because I need it for sports like western martial arts. I have recently put myself on a semi vegetarian diet, eating meat and fish only one or two days a week and it's working as far as gaining lean muscle goes with cardio exercises and losing sat. fat and increasing protein intake. If you are interested I'll keep you posted on my training and nutrition.

Haven't gotten anywhere really. Had a lot of things going on these past couple of weeks. I'm going to be dedicated to working out from now on though.
