I'm grateful that fitness has always been an integral part of my life. I've found that I dont know what I would do if I did not work out. Due to my solid health and fitness foundation, I'm able to continually challenge my body as I get older ;o) Nutrition and fitness are top priorities in my life. I hope my daughter will follow suit.
Why I Love It:
I train because there's nothing like the exhilaration of a great workout. Stress evaporates with each rep. I push myself beyond my comfort zone and gain a sense of accomplishment from each workout. Your heart pounds, the sweat pours and you feel exhausted! WOW, what a rush!! EXERCISING IS MY DRUG OF CHOICE!
How I Stay Motivated:
The older I get, the more in tune I am with my body. I want to live as an example that it is possible to take care of your body and mind in this busy world that seems to faciliate low standards for health and quality of life.
BB Accomplishments:
I went from 130lbs to 108 and 24% bodyfat to 14%.

In a 12 week program, I would like to work on weights and my cardiovascular training. Have a individualized diet for me to reach my goal to walk on stage in the near future. Learn how to work with the final details involved in the last few weeks of training, carbohydrate, water and sodium manipulation. Walk on stage and know I have every right to be there ;o)
I am not a certified trainer..I do train myself. I learned everything for all my years at the Olympic Training Center. I used to go to the South Bally's but lately we have been going to Golds. How 'bout you?
you crazy or what??? No babies here... I'm starting to psych myself out of babies, ever... I don't know... My bro and his wife are trying hard though... I figure they'll give grandma what she needs (a grandkid) and I'll be off the hook.
I'm doing real well.. how about you?? I have one more competition of the year and I'm excited about it... mostly because i started running again and it feels really good... I also get to go to NYC, which i've never been to.. and coming up on our year anniversary! yay!
Oh you weren't fat woman. You were still a little cutie in my eye. Nothing much going on here but just working and hittin the gym non-stop since I got back into it in 06`. But props to you though on cuttin that weight and the BF% down. That's awesome forsure... I went from a skinny 160 up to 180+lbs. So I'm going the other way but sittin at around 8-9% BF.
