I did it to help me get stronger for sports and It became an addiction!
Why I Love It:
It's a lot of fun and I can honestly say that I love it. I enjoy watching my body evolve into something it wasn't before...the pump I get makes me never want to stop!
How I Stay Motivated:
I have always had good self motivation to work hard, the results I get and friendly comments sure do help to!

This was taken when I had just started getting into weight training, I was in good shape because I was in sports all year around, but I had little overall strength.
Me after the third day of basketball practice with my shoulder brace on. That thing is as hot as it looks lol I sweat like crazy!
Competing in sports the rest of high school injury free and breaking the 160 lb mark!
Goal (Long):
To join the 700 lb club at school...to accomplish that you must have a total of 700+ pounds on three max lifts which are bench, power clean, and squat.
Weight Goal:
I want to GAIN 26 lb

Thanks Nate. Its a slump. But believe it or not, I started the week off today. I still hit the gym with calis, hiit cardio and abs. But no weights. I may go 2 weeks. I been trying to bulk, to no avail, then I find out my chest never burned during training. Training solo is a bummer. So already in down mode then I posted pics for a week and got no comments except one. Just losing motivation and im usually the one boosting others. But we all have our days. I will be fine. Thanks for the pep push.
Im good and you are right. I think I reached my limit. So now I just work to keep on track which is like changing the oil to keep the car going. It doesent change the look any, but it keeps it maintained internally which will make it run a long time. Thanks for the booster. Dont worry im still playing in the game. More like a coach trainer/trainee.
I dont know Welty, I just have to be satisfied where im at and be happy. If I had the know I have now back at 17 like you, life would have been different now. So im healthy, im ok in shape, im alive, that should be enough, so I just maintain. Im not giving it up, even though it get harder.

Cool, that's pretty impressive man. Not easy to gain mass with all the b-ball cardio going on! You got a good V shape man, delts and lats really standing out man. Good job! I'm doing ok, just trying to add some mass myself, not been easy though, haha. You gonna compete in bodybuilding shows sometime?

Im bulking to 175 from 160. 15 lbs to mass up on. Then im cutting to 165. Lets see how this old body works it out. It so hard to eat more food. But im getting it in there even though it comes out. I might have to get a cork..lol.

Im glad to hear that and very glad that you are on the comeback trail as powerful as you are. I told you that that would happen. I already see it in this pic. Yu alway had massive lats. So I dont even know what to expect as you grow more. Kudos brother.
