I did it to help me get stronger for sports and it started to get addicting!

This was taken when I had just started getting into weight training, I was in good shape because I was in sports all year around, but I had little overall strength.
My calves have always been small so they are one of my main focuses.

Goal (Long):
By the time I turn 17 which will be on October 21st I want to be in the 700 pound club for total maxes on bench, power clean, and squat. I think a plausable goal could be bench 210, power clean 200 and squat 300 by then and that would put me over 700 lbs and well on my way!

See bro, I told you the pull ups would work for you. Calis are an endurance powerbuilder. Thats why is part of my everyday routine in combo with weights. Good job. Hey Welt. I am trying to lose some of the middle age weight I've been gaining and working out as much as possible. I have an 18 year old son who I wish was like you. He never wants to work out or go to the gym. It would be fun to work out together. You look like you take it very seriously and I am totally jealous of those vascular forearms of yours!

Dog ...Okay, here's what I currently do... all upper chest movements, Iso incline chest press, incline dummbell press, Pec deck machine with seat lowered to emphasize the upper chest, cable flyes, and lots of pushups in between sets. Every other week I through in heavy flat bench dumbbell press too! I hope this helps... nutrition is a big part too, read my blog!
