I did it to help me get stronger for sports and It became an addiction!
Why I Love It:
It's a lot of fun and I can honestly say that I love it. I enjoy watching my body evolve into something it wasn't before...the pump I get makes me never want to stop!
How I Stay Motivated:
I have always had good self motivation to work hard, the results I get and friendly comments sure do help to!
This was taken when I had just started getting into weight training, I was in good shape because I was in sports all year around, but I had little overall strength.
Competing in sports the rest of high school injury free and breaking the 160 lb mark!
Goal (Long):
To join the 700 lb club at school...to accomplish that you must have a total of 700+ pounds on three max lifts which are bench, power clean, and squat.
Weight Goal:
I want to GAIN 26 lb
Bodyfat Goal:
9%
Upcoming Contest:
Basketball and Baseball

Lately I have been riding my bike to get in some cardio and build back my endurance...within the last four months I have had two surgeries and before then countless injuries. Today I decided to take it to the next level and make it part of my workout regimen. From now on I am going to ride...
My Newest Workout Split: Working on re-strengthening my lower body after about five months of groin pull/adductor strain/sports hernia issues...also trying to substantially increase veritical jump and overall...

Im glad to hear that and very glad that you are on the comeback trail as powerful as you are. I told you that that would happen. I already see it in this pic. Yu alway had massive lats. So I dont even know what to expect as you grow more. Kudos brother.
Wow how time goes by so fast. Well Nate, looks like you aint lost a thing. Absolutely fantastic. Shoulders and arms looking mad solid, swole and ripped. Lats still popping way out there. Honestly, you are looking even better and stronger then before. My lil brother is back and going for bust. Im very proud of you kiddo. You done and doing real good.
Hey Welt, hows it going? Its been a while. Just checking up on you. Im doing good. Made some good gains or re-defining since going solo again. Its better for me. People take advantage of you when you give them your best or they just dont appreciate. Anyway, what going on your way? I guess you done planted the collards and lettuces or the cold growth by now. Im done, but still getting beans and tomatoes. Oh, cantaloupe and still a water melon..go figure. Hollar back at me.
Thank you for the props Welt. You are correct, we are not bodybuilders but we do build our bodies. That is some people primary focus. For you its recreation with props and for me its life saving/sustaining with props. Overall we both have lives and bb is a portion of it, but the rewards are great. You will get to that point and much faster then I did. You have so much more power then you know. It just takes time. So dont even fret it lil bro, you will rock it in no time and then some.
Leg Day Today, Weds. 800 lbs seated press....275 lbs standing squat....300 lbs calf raise... 255 lbs leg ext....160 lbs ham curl....120 lbs groin ext. Good leg day today for me. So I increased my leg press by 100 lbs and my squat by 50 lbs. Next week 900 lbs on leg press and 300 lbs on squats. Im lovin this. I know some do better, but again, this is major progress for me.
Im glad rehab is going well. For soon you will be back in full swing of things. Keep on hanging in there and take it slow. Keep up the great work lil brother.
Thanks Welty. Its always nice hearing from you. Yes the kid thing is a bummer. After 6 months you think there would be some loyalty. He is the one who will learn about commitment and trust. But yes the leg day was phenominal. But I didnt get as much pain as I thought I would, which means I must bump it up this week. I think last week was anger over the partner thing. I'll be fine.
been very busy at work man nice to hear from ya i dont really get on much as i used to though but it still good hearin from any one! stay in touch brah!
Leg Day. This is what I did today: Seat Pressed up to 700 lbs. Started at 400 10 per set.
