OK, So i need serious help with motivation, losing weight and getting toned. I'm a vegetarian and have an under active thyroid so this is rather difficult. I've always struggled with a diet and exercise plan because I have no idea how it all works !!
Iv lost weight and got down 134Ibs but...

Well keep at it. Depends on the look you're going for I suppose. Like me for example-I'm not trying to get a ripped sixpack. I just want to be able to fight a bear.

I train on some level all year round-mostly for sports and to beat up the neighborhood kids. Been doing it probably abour 10 years.
