How I Started:
I've always been interseted in bodybuilding but I've never really taken it that seriously. I've decided to try and make 2009 a really good year to get serious about it.
Why I Love It:
I love to feel the pump whilst working out. I studying to become a fitness instructor and would like to combine my work and leisure.
How I Stay Motivated:
I think sometimes it's hard to stay motivated but if you want to look good you have to work hard at it.
BB Accomplishments:
Just qualified (distinction) in Health, Fitness and Nutrition. Diploma level 3.

Goal (Long):
I've always tried to gain weight and struggled, I'm around 180-182lbs now and have decided to change my training and hopefully lower my body fat significantly to 8-10%
