Gain a little more weight and drop another 2-3% bodyfat.
Goal (Long):
Over the next 2 years I aim to put on 15-20lbs of lean muscle. During the process, I want to keep my bodyfat down close to, if not in, the single digits.
I have found that using an old school technique has enabled me to get more direct focus on my biceps. Using either barbell or dumbbell, on the negative portion of the lift, lean backwards. Then on the positive aspect of the lift, lean forward. The forward lean puts so much concentration on your biceps, that you'll be screaming for mercy by the end of your set. What tricep workout has worked best for you?
I like a variety when it comes to triceps. There are many angles that you need to work it to get total development. Overhead extensions, both dumbbell and barbell, kickbacks, dips, tri-push-ups, close grip bench. All need to be used to get total triceps development. I like a variety when it comes to triceps. What leg workout has worked best for you?
Still working on a better leg routine. I lift at home with no partner and limited equipment. So I make due with what I have. I'll update as I progress. Right now, its hack squats, lunges, both Bulgarian and regular, and front squats. I'm open to suggestions. Still working on a better leg routine. I lift at home with no partner and limited equipment. I get weekly newsletters from T-Nation.com and in this weeks edition there is a piece determining how your lifting strength is compared to others. After reviewing the info and determining my own strength, I am close to "Good" on almost all of my lifts. At least within the...
H.I.T. Using Ellinton Dardens' recently published "H.I.T. High Intesity Training" Book as a guideline for my workouts. It emphasises STRICT form, super slow reps, forced reps, and negatives. The workouts are quick, but BRUTAL, leaving you physically and mentally exhausted.
WOW! Great pictures and an even better profile. What you wrote shows you clearly a complete man (brains and brawn). I especially liked your "How I Stay Motivated" Thanks for posting!
