I have been a gymnast since I was 15 and after I was done with college, it was a way to stay in shape. I also went to school for Kinesiology and developed a passion for health and fitness.
Why I Love It:
What is there not to love? The pump, the results and I wont lie, the attention and looks. I love being the strongest/biggest (yet shortest) in a crowd and knowing than I can lift more that most of them. I love when people under estimate me and proving them wrong. I love it all.
How I Stay Motivated:
The sake of self-accomplishment has done me well so far.
BB Accomplishments:
I'm currently training for my first competition. So none yet.

Squat. Cause somewhere out there a woman is warming up with your max.

Great job man? Dekalb is a cool place, that is where the old Wurlitzer piano factory and headquarters used to be. I went there as a teenager. At 19 I was the youngest dealer in the country.
