How I Started:
I took weight training as a class my freshmen and sophmore year of highschool. Didnt get serious until the end of sophmore year.
Why I Love It:
Its my life. I dont really know how to describe it with words. Theres nothing like putting everything you got into every rep, every set, and seeing the results! You just gotta live it to understand.
How I Stay Motivated:
I always set new goals for myself and picture what i want myself to look like. I just keep that in my mind every workout and keep setting myself new goals. The fun never stops!
BB Accomplishments:
I reached the "300 bench press club" earlier this year and am now looking to set the state bench record for my weight class. Other than that, all my accomplishments are personal goals that i have met.
In about 4 weeks i will be attending my first bench press contest. Ill be in the teenage division at 181-198 pound weight class. I plan on being around 185-187 lbs. This is gonna be my first opportunity to set the new state record for my weight class. The last record was 315lbs for...

check how many carbs u need to stay energized and powerfull throughout the day- but cut everything thats above..
