Well I first started just trying to get biger and stronger for the upcoming football season. But when I hurt my neck in a game, I turned all the way to bodybuilding and couldnt be happier.
Why I Love It:
In football and other sports you hang up your pads at the end of the day and thats it. Bodybuilding is not something you just hang up. Wether your eating or in the gym tearing it up, you have to be really focused on your goal. You have to live, eat, and breath Bodybuilding.
How I Stay Motivated:
when i not feeling in the mood to lift or eat or to eat too much... i try to think about thoughs that i will be competeing against and tell my self that i wont be out worked.

Description: 585lbs for 5 reps.i know i could have gone down alittle lower for a full squat, but i had never done 6 plates on each side b4 and i wanted to push it.
I train every body part once a week with the execption of arms and hamstrings. i have found that i grow the best when i can go to the gym and focus on one body part at a time, instead of trying to train 2 or 3 in a 1-2 hour period.
monday-Chest
tuesday- Legs
Wednessday- light arms, abs,...
Hey bud.. will be there but not competing like i planned.. after talks with decided to get 6 month bulk in before i step on stage again for next year... Got some work planned ahead of me. Can't wait to meet Bro!!
been bulking 2 half weeks with the extreme mass kitt from ******** and i got my hands on some p6 black . this stuff is the bomb love it !! up 27 lbs bench went up 35lbs !!! tons of energy in the gym dont get tired!! and no crash later awsome stuff!! hows your training going??

Honestly, training with you and Stevenson, and hopefully Steve P in NY ...has made a world of difference! I know what it takes to be in real shape now, and I found that I was just being lazy/wussin out!! Legs with COLTON CHANGED MY LIFE!!! lol....
