How I Started:
I believe everything happens for a reason and even though you might not see the good in a bad situation at first, it will always show itself. I was on a full scholarship for cheerleading when I got dropped and had to have knee surgery! It was a really bad time for me, but then in rehab I had to lift heavy legs 3x a week. I fell in love with it..switched my major from French (yea wtf?) to exercise science and nutrition, got my PTr certification and my life has taken a whole new path thanks to that injury!
Why I Love It:
Nothing tastes as good as being healthy FEELS! You can't beat the feeling of looking in the mirror and being really happy with what you see. Or the feeling of accomplishment after completing a really tough workout. It's my therapy, the best part of my day, my me-time. I love sharing it with other people through personal training!
How I Stay Motivated:
It's easy to stay motivated when you have a real passion for it. Eating clean is not a struggle for me, going to the gym is something I look forward to. I take rest days, and I monitor my progress.

Goal (Long):
Get lean and muscular. I want a butt! I'm also going to school full-time majoring in Health and Fitness w/a minor in Nutrition. I want to get my CSCS and be a Strength Coach at the college level. I just started my own personal training business in DFW to make a little extra cash while in school! I'm having so much fun training for competition, training clients, and learning about health and fitness. I learn something new everyday and it's an exciting journey!
