Overall Goal:  Been too busy to workout much but I'm kicking it up a few notches! Mizfit28 is my trainer she's amazing! We have a good time! Still putting on some size for a few more months before contest prep time!

Fit Status:  So I have cheer tryouts Saturday and I've been trying to gain weight for my show since November...ooopsiiiees. Wish me luck lol

How I Started:
I believe everything happens for a reason and even though you might not see the good in a bad situation at first, it will always show itself. I was on a full scholarship for cheerleading when I got dropped and had to have knee surgery! It was a really bad time for me, but then in rehab I had to lift heavy legs 3x a week. I fell in love with it..switched my major from French (yea wtf?) to exercise science and nutrition, got my PTr certification and my life has taken a whole new path thanks to that injury!
Why I Love It:
Nothing tastes as good as being healthy FEELS! Am I right!? You can't beat the feeling of looking in the mirror and being really happy with what you see. Or the feeling of accomplishment after completing a really tough workout. It's my therapy, the best part of my day, my me-time. I love sharing it with other people through personal training!
How I Stay Motivated:
It's easy to stay motivated when you have a real passion for it. Eating clean is not a struggle for me, going to the gym is something I look forward to. I take rest days, and I monitor my progress.

  You can see a calf muscle! It's getting there! Kept my arms covered because well, my shoulders and biceps are non-existent still. Dang twig arms.

Goal (Long):
I have a figure competition in mind for late 2009-but I have to put on some muscle first! I want a butt! In addition I'm going to school full-time majoring in Health and Fitness w/a minor in Nutrition. I want to get my CSCS and be a Strength Coach at the college level. I just started my own personal training business in DFW to make a little extra cash while in school! I'm having so much fun training for competition, training clients, and learning about health and fitness. I learn something new everyday and it's an exciting journey!

I hate when I miss workouts because of things that happen in life that are beyond my control...its very frustrating, even though I can't do anything about it, it makes me crazy. Last week during finals I got sick so I skipped two days, and the next day I had a major hair fiasco--my hair came...

oh well thats awesome! and i would definitely be interested i love group work outs i feel that it makes me work harder.. i guess im kinda competitive lol and a track would be perfect! grass and track workouts are great! let me know when your new site is up :)
