How I Started:
I decided I wanted to lose fat and gain muscle so I could keep up easier in sports. I use to be one of the most fit kids in my class of about 500 but slack off a lot for a long time (bad decision). Anyways decided I was sick of it and wanted to get back in the game.
Why I Love It:
I love seeing the change physically and adding weights onto the bar is always sick.
How I Stay Motivated:
I have a workout partner so it's easier to keep going but my real motivation is to get myself fitter then I was before.

Goal (Long):
I want to get faster, stronger, and slimmer. Pretty much I want the kind of body people look at and wonder "how can I get like that?". May take a few months but I'm willing to put in the effort 110%.
