When I Started:
May, 2004
How I Started:
A friend joined the local gym and asked if I wanted to come along. I enjoyed the competitive nature of trying to outlift each other and quickly increased strength and size. Before long I was hooked and moved from machines to freeweights
Why I Love It:
The challenge of trying to lift more weight and get bigger.
How I Stay Motivated:
Gym is easy to keep motivated. Diet is harder but as long as I have my meals planned out for the day it is ok.
BB Accomplishments:
Adding around 50 pounds in bodyweight in 15 months.

If you do what you've always done, then you'll get what you've always got
This was taken when I was about 140lbs. I first started lifting when I weighed 135lbs and I went up to 158lbs in a year. I then got injured and was out for 2 years and this picture was taken before I started going back to the gym after the injury.
I started in December, following the exercises which BB recommends using only my bodyweight when nobody is at home, because my parents don't let me go to a gym! At this time I'm doing some crunches, eagle sit ups and push ups every day, and at the same time I'm looking for some dumbbells. I think that in a gym you can see faster results than training at home!
Thanks for accepting! Great results of your training just for having 15! Your muscles look huge, defined and solid and at the same time they seem ready to become as huge as you want! Specially ABS, arms and pecs! Keep training as before and I hope you will be able to reach all your goals! How is going your training?
