Another barrier crushed! I'm now a member of the 500lb. club w/ a 500 D.L. for a triple.

Finally cracked the top 3 as a heavyweight! It qualifies me for nationals, but I've got more work to do first.

I now have 14 clients I am training and they are all doing well. I've made some progress upping my weights on the major event lifts.
