It just reinvigorates you. You can work hard all day or just have a lot of stress going on and a good workout makes you feel better.

hitt training is okay but not for everyday activity. and it does not help people build muscle for that takes food and some hardcore lifting. period. people want my body bad but it has taken me 8 yrs to pack on what i have. lots of hard work, lifestyle change and goals. showing up is huge but one must live the life style or there screwed....best of luck wayne.
