I got started working out back in High school when I played football.
Why I Love It:
It just reinvigorates you. You can work hard all day or just have a lot of stress going on and a good workout makes you feel better.
How I Stay Motivated:
Look at that mirror and see someone that I don't like and envision the person I want to see.

This morning I saw a young guy who was trying to do more on the bench press than he needed to be doing. I had to rush over to help him out as he got pinned after about the third rep. I said to him not to try too much weight at first.... Start where you can be get at least six reps with no help...
