When I Started: Nov 2007
HOW I STARTED:

I got started working out back in High school when I played football.

WHY I LOVE IT:

It just reinvigorates you. You can work hard all day or just have a lot of stress going on and a good workout makes you feel better.

Tremendous change in a short time

Two weeks ago i came in bearing my heart and soul about having to face the music and doing things the right way, meaning getting back down to business when it came to losing the weight and letting nothing stand in my way of maintaining this quality of life. I was 250 when i wrote the blog and posted the pic. Today I have a new pic to show how much progress i have made in just 2 short weeks since i cleaned out my pantry of all bad foods and put down the sweet tea and sodas and went strictly natural. Each Week on Facebook, I post pics of bodybuilding and fitness friends to honor their hard work. Well as you can imagine they get all kinds of comments, positive, negative, sarcastic, which is to be expected because most people on facebook as well as in real life outside of training don't understand the concept of living healthy and looking your best.
