My goal is to lose fat and gain lean muscle mass. I'm not going to put a time frame as to when to accomplish it, but i'm going to take it one day at a time. I not gonna set a goal as to how much weight I want to lose because i'm developing muscle which is heavier than fat. So the scale is a decieving thing that causes some to abandon their goals too early. I'll know where I should be when the pants are looser around my waist and my shirts don't restrict my blood flow.
When I said I was cutting out the cheat day for a while I didn't know it would create such a drastic change so fast. I have dropped 10 lbs since 86ing itand really intensifying the cardio. I'm starting to finally see those changes that I was looking for when I started the program. My muscles...

That's true. Also because they want results NOW and aren't prepared to give it TIME to begin to see them! But you go, man; I think that what you're doing is great!
