Why I Love It:
It just reinvigorates you. You can work hard all day or just have a lot of stress going on and a good workout makes you feel better.

What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
Separated my shoulder. It was while i was benchpressing 250 for reps. they tried to lift too much.

How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
8-12. It gets the maximum results you need, and you don't want to overtrain.

i hear you..me too..im sore from yesterdays workout.i did an hour on back and then spin cycle cardio.. i was going to do arms..but ill wait til tomorrow..doing cardio, abs and legs ..doing those favorite squats.. well i got to go but keep in touch..lol

love the gym too much, and i couldn't do both!
plus, my partner and i split so he got custody of the dvds :P
but i've been doing well on my own, getting my strength back up and dieting down slowly

Hey hey! I did have a great weekend now that it's WEDNESDAY! Sorry I'm just now getting back to you, I haven't been able to spend much time on here lately for various reasons LOL And you know me Wayne... I ALWAYS stay outta trouble! :) haha
