Separated my shoulder. It was while i was benchpressing 250 for reps. How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
8-12. It gets the maximum results you need, and you don't want to overtrain.

Yes, I've gotten my butt back into the gym 2x's a day M-F, and cardio 1 x a day during the weekends. I need to drop some weight before I really kick it into high gear. Right now I'm just trying to keep my body guessing about what it will experience next. Dieting at the momemt is good, but not as strict as competition dieting.
