Her most recent contest where she competed wrapped up from an injury and kept going on top of being a college professor and surgeon oh and also being a mommy. Separated my shoulder. It was while i was benchpressing 250 for reps. How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
8-12. It gets the maximum results you need, and you don't want to overtrain.
HATE ON!! I have a couple of facebook friends that made a mockery of a ststus that i wrote about training for the beach. Training is good.. hopefully i am making the right choices and not over training.. i think that's my worst fear is over training and going backwards without enough time to repaire the muscle.. sorry i havnt been on here i am not around a computer ever... i hope your training is going well aswell... good lucky keep it up :)
Yesterday I got a significant pump while doing bi's and tri's. It was much more than normal. Leg day, not really. Today I took two scoops, did back/obliques and no significant pump. I lifted more but I don't know if that is the product or natural progression. Only time will tell.

dude! I started working on my MA degree in August... I have no social life what so ever right now! I am still working out hard but the diet is tough, b/c I am so busy! Trying to refocus on that! Kinda get sick of chicken every day (I hate fish)but focusing on God helps.. doing it "unto him".. like fasting! :)
hey wayne,just read your blog mate. agree with al,everyone gets like that at times.thefact that you carry on instead of coming to a full stop is the right way to get it done.maybe some long sleeps are in order mate.
