i hear you..me too..im sore from yesterdays workout.i did an hour on back and then spin cycle cardio.. i was going to do arms..but ill wait til tomorrow..doing cardio, abs and legs ..doing those favorite squats.. well i got to go but keep in touch..lol

i had to call it quits with p90x love the gym too much, and i couldn't do both! plus, my partner and i split so he got custody of the dvds :P but i've been doing well on my own, getting my strength back up and dieting down slowly i should have some new pics up soon! how are things with you?? they look great!! :)
