How I Started:
Went for 2.5 years straight to stay toned not bulk. Had to quit. So after a 3 yr absence I'm getting started back with a new goal & becoming more serious about results.
Why I Love It:
I love the rush I get while and after my workouts. Watching my body transform, seeing noticable results.
How I Stay Motivated:
I want to look good. I have to stay in shape and athletic looking. No one wants to see fat wrestlers, or fat people in general.

After having a stomach ache & being dehydration last week I have finally gotten back on track. My diet & workouts sucked last week. I was only eating about three samll meals a day & wasn't drinking many fluids either. I dropped from 154lbs to 151.3lbs last week. Hadn't been taking...

Workout Program:
I don't have a set routine, I just focus on the specific body parts on the days listed below. I'm alway mixing things up to keep my muscle guessing. I need to ad another day of legs somewhere but haven't yet.

I warm up on the treadmill before every workout for 20 mins on a 'Alpine Pass'...

you said oyu bought Nitro-Tech and cell-tech and nanox but one member made you disapponited about muscle tech products. I should tell you I took the exact same things 4 month ago and the result was amazing, I am not a monstor but the helped me a lot. I nenver had ripped sex packs but now I do have. specially nanox. good
