How I Started:
A co-worker while I was in Afghanistan introduced me to the M.A.S.S. System which got me hooked on the gym.
Why I Love It:
Sense of accomplishment, makes you feel great, keeps you healthy and fit. Euphoria baby.
How I Stay Motivated:
Strength. I think of strength. To me its not about getting big, its about having the strength to protect myself and the people I love.
BB Accomplishments:
While I was in Afghanistan I managed to hit a point where I was in the best shape of my life.

Have you ever had a lifting injury?
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
I strained my neck pretty bad. Can't even recall what it was I had been doing, I just remember barely being able to move afterwards. It went away pretty quickly, so clearly it was nothing serious.
What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?
Improper form. Lifting more weight then your body can handle.
Do you sometimes use joint health supplements?
