I get them from monitoring the body parts I work. Depending on what machine is available in the Gym. I substitute sometimes which make my body not get use to the same workout routine.
Now here I go , in processing my body for my first contest. I have a month to see how a contest will motivate me. I am all ready at the gym more then usual. I am watching what I eat in more detail. Its amazing what you can do under time limits and being over her in Iraq has it's limitations...
Do what ya got to do man. The profile photo seems to be a leaner version of you. Keep it up man. Be sage and all the troops are in my prayers....blessings
Whats going on bro, I hope all is well with you and that you are doing good. Working hard over here trying to get as big as you are...lol.....Stay safe we are all praying for you and the troops. You owe me 3 hours when you get home.
WHAT A KICKASS STORY!!!! I was half asleep when I read it but I woke right up! How cool is that sharing our bodybuilding products with Iraqi Police?! Wow...I'm amazed....so cool!
Hey...! No, the vegetables just helped me find a clean energy source again. Eventually, I had to increase my protein intake again to maintain my muscle base (it takes 6-8 weeks to lose muscle). I htink fruit will give you an "instant" energy boost but they will not help you in the muscle-building dept. all that much.
What kind of protein sources are available to you? Is the food really horrible?
