Overall Goal:  Lose some bodyfat and tone up and get into the best shape of my life .

I've been working out off and on since I was 16
Why I Love It:
I love the way it makes me feel after a good workout and a great day of eating .
How I Stay Motivated:
Very hard to stay motivated but watching bodybuilding and fitness tapes and DVD's really helps
BB Accomplishments:
November 7th finished one complete month of no sugar and no junk foor and no caffine . Plus goetting near my first goal of doing a full 30 minutes of cardio

After almost two weeks I finally feel good enough to jump back on the eliptical machine and start knocking off more weight. It's been a struggle the last two weeks but finally feeling healthy again
