Now u already know what it is first of all i lift for all dem greasy lil f**** so when they get to talkin i'll just chew em up.....Plus u gotta stay lookin clean and cut..... And the most important so that when i go for a wrestlin match i can just run thru my competition hahahaha.....

man, well like, i just started at the beginning of January and i basically just read up on this site about other peoples routines and diets and i just changed it a bit to fit me personally, every build is different, with you, ya got wide shoulders and good size traps so if you really work the guns and shoulders it will just keep emphasizing your build.
