Friday, suppose to be the best day of the week for us youngsters right? Friday Night, college life party time RIGHT? GET CRUNK RIGHT? WRONG SON... EVER SO WRONG.. ull find me at my gym slammin steel around tryin to get some damn results..

had a morning class today, 9:00am till 12:40 got...

i do cardio every other day for 30-45 minutes after i lift =)

yeah thats me.. all I did was cardio and eat ALLOT less.. boy do I miss Mc D and Jake in the BOx...

Thanks so much for the compliment! I do cardio a couple times a week. Depending on how my weight training goes. But Im not training for a show right now. If I were training, or trying to transform my body, I would consult someone who could make me a personal diet and workout plan. If you're interested you can go to www.prrstraining.com, he is a fitness guru!! The best, in my opinion. Good Luck!!!
