I wasn't allowed to participate in team sports when I was younger and I have always felt this urge to be more than just a intelligent person. I felt that need to be a physical force and working out lets me do that

Goal (Long):
I have always been labeled the fat kid and no one ever took interest in me as far as being an athlete. When I discovered weight training when I was a junior in college, I told myself I didn't care how long it took, I was never going to be call the fat kid again! I want to be the guy who looks like he can pick up a semi-truck with ease and then go over there and do it!
This guy is a bonafide BEAST!!! Just one look at hm and you can tell that he plays no games in the gym. Plus at 225, he is MASSIVE!! Definitely a guy you can go to for good advice that works!
I'm leaning out droping sugars just water chicken breast fish and eggs whole wheat bread keeping it simple . Don't wanna spend next summer in the gym everyday for 3 hrs ya know
Hanging loose brotha. Been eating like a horse (mainly protein), and training like a Gorilla. Still feeling a little fatigued tho, but keepin' at it. What's up with you? Bending and breaking bars?
Turkey day was crazy! I woke up friday and gained 9 lbs! As of today lossed 7 lbs of it... but putting me behind of reaching my goals of 100 lbs. Need to avoid that same pitfall for both christmas and new years. How about you?
i don't really get involved in holidays, i just take advantage of the days off with my family. which wasn't bad. i made a nice beef stroganoff that my family loved. hope u enjoyed your holiday.

it was good man, had to work in the morning but got to eat later in the night with family. I hope you had a good one and i hope training is going well. I am starting P90X in a few days and am going to keep a log, i will send you the link. The plan is to compete next year at 198 so this program should help me cut down and also it will be a nice break from the heavy lifting.
