This past week has been a good one for my training...even with the accident I had at the gym.  The muscle memory is kicking in and things are taking shape.  My chest and arms look and feel fuller and denser.  My legs are adding size and my back is thickening.  I'm in this for the long haul...

I lift in my home gym, once in awhile I'll go out to a gym for a change in scenery but that's about it. If I do go to a gym there are 4 different ones I go to.
