I wasn't allowed to participate in team sports when I was younger and I have always felt this urge to be more than just a intelligent person. I felt that need to be a physical force and working out lets me do that

I just keep thinking "I'm doing this to be the biggest and best out there and nothing except God can stop me!"

Time to bring GORILLA MUSCLE back to the lifting game!
Goal (Long):
I have always been labeled the fat kid and no one ever took interest in me as far as being an athlete. When I discovered weight training when I was a junior in college, I told myself I didn't care how long it took, I was never going to be call the fat kid again! I want to be the guy who looks like he can pick up a semi-truck with ease and then go over there and do it!
This guy is a bonafide BEAST!!! Just one look at hm and you can tell that he plays no games in the gym. Plus at 225, he is MASSIVE!! Definitely a guy you can go to for good advice that works!
Just got back from hittin some arms. dieting has been off all week so trying to get my list ready so I can buy all the foods for the next two weeks to minimize the cheating. How you doin?

Nothin' much my man. Still getting it in heavy and hard. Trying to do more running, but still getting cardio in. Trying to get my delt work very heavy to build some really big heads. I don't think they're big enough. What's up with you bro? training hard?
