I wasn't allowed to participate in team sports when I was younger and I have always felt this urge to be more than just a intelligent person. I felt that need to be a physical force and working out lets me do that

I have always been labeled the fat kid and no one ever took interest in me as far as being an athlete. When I discovered weight training when I was a junior in college, I told myself I didn't care how long it took, I was never going to be call the fat kid again! I want to be the guy who looks like he can pick up a semi-truck with ease and then go over there and do it!

Depends. I go for 5 to 10 reps.

A place that has what you need to achieve your goals. Avoid places that have pizza nights or have stupid rules like no grunting or no weight belts.
