I wasn't allowed to participate in team sports when I was younger and I have always felt this urge to be more than just a intelligent person. I felt that need to be a physical force and working out lets me do that

Goal (Long):
I have always been labeled the fat kid and no one ever took interest in me as far as being an athlete. When I discovered weight training when I was a junior in college, I told myself I didn't care how long it took, I was never going to be call the fat kid again! I want to be the guy who looks like he can pick up a semi-truck with ease and then go over there and do it!
Nothing much man. Started to really hammer out the super and giant sets this past week (cutting) so I am just getting some much needed rest. Monday I am starting a cycle of fat burners and 2x day cardio... Time to man up haha!

im leaning out im about 268lbs/lots of cario and protien ao I can drop excess fat and maintain lean mass wanna get down to 220lbs by may losing about 7lbs a month ...
