Going Heavy is Key
I work out 3 - 4 Days a Week and my Routine looks something like this:
Monday - Off
Tuesday - Legs, Foreams, Abs
Wednesday - Off
Thursday - Chest, Shoulders, Triceps
Friday - Back, Biceps, Abs, Traps
Saterday - Off (Sometimes i'll add a Random workout here if im feeling good)
Sunday - Off
Sticking to 8 - 12 Reps and 3 - 4 Sets for Each Work-Out.

I do my best everday to eat clean and healthy but also try to eat LOTS! :)
