Thanks, Brotha! I just finished working out with one of our powerlifters. We hit quads pretty hard. Unofrtunately, I had to cut the workout short but I may go back afterwards to finish off hams and calves! BIG WHEELS FOR '09!

You were missed at the show, btw. Quite a few of the peeps were talking about your conditioning and I told them I saw the "updated you" and how insane you're looking!
