My goal for 2009 is finding balance, abundance and simplicity in my life. I am also dedicating this year to apprenticing for yoga teacher certification.

I want to get more lean and improve my athletic endurance. Want to complete my first sprint triathlon in 3 months from now.

I'm so proud of my progress! I have gained strength and shape in the past 4 months and couldn't be more proud of my focus and determination, Thank you Eric!!!
