Seeing my body change and and to stay fit to be a roll model for my friends, family, and my Marines.
How I Stay Motivated:
Beating the younger Marines. Todays youth sometimes just don't get it and I want them to understand war happens...and you better be ready for it. Also I visit BB.com and see the other who just do it.

Goal (Long):
