How I Started:
As a young teenager i was an Australian rules fanatic and trained 5times a week as well as playing once. I was beginning to play at a high level when i snapped my ACL (Anterior Cruciate Ligament) at the age of 15. I then rehabilitated (1.5years) and decided to give it another shot....Only to snap the same ACL again in my first game back at the age of 17. I then turned to lifting weights as a way of physical activity and began to love it. I have now been serious since December 06 and will continue to be for a very, very long time.
Why I Love It:
I love Bodybuilding because of its exceptionally hard and strict lifestyle. I feel only the strong at heart are able to fully commit there time, money and effort to get the best gains possible out of bodybuilding. The passionate and willing are those that succeed in the sport are those that can stay focused and are able to say no to "peer pressure" as at a young age many are vulnarable. Going into the gym and having a good workout with an insane pump is the best feeling in the world, walking out the gym satisfied, knowing that you gave it 110% is what keeps me going back!!
How I Stay Motivated:
Motivation is not a factor for me as i never have to even try and pump myself up for a workout. The minute i wake up my mind is on the job and preparing for the best workout ever!

Now that my first shows are over.... Its time to BULK for 2009!!!!
Goal (Long):
As a young lad i always imagined what it would be like to be one of those "bodybuilders". I rarely saw people with such physiques, but when i did i was amazed. Up until my knee incident's occured i did not think about taking up bodybuilding but then i realised that the opportunity was there to be taken. So that is what i am going to do! I will not waste the opportunity to be the best i possibly can in the sport of bodybuilding (as i have already had a passion taken away)I will not stop until i reach my goals.
I know with full committment i can reach my goals!
