Trying to get the fat off around the lower abs is no fun. that's my probalem areas too. Gotta eat VERY clean and keep the cardio up! Try Egg white/veggie omlettes or extra lean ground turkey.

ok, take the M5 and NO 30 mins b4 you workout, in 8 oz water..
which D4 do you have? the thermal or extreme?
if its the extreme, you can take 1 tab with the D4 and NO..
take the thermal at a seperate time, its 2 much to take with the M5 or NO..
very powerful..only 1 tab to begin with ok..

nothing compares to D4 thermal, take my word bro, its insane..give me your address, ill send you a sample pack..
it hits you an hour after taking , then you feel it for the next 6 hours at least..its crazy..

make sure you are getting protein with every meal..and get at least 1.5 grams per lb of bodyweight..
fats: peanuts, olive oil, peanut butter, almonds....
