Thanks for the help! Right now I'm trying to work out 5X a week. I'm doing a 12,10,8,6 plan right now with the standard split of Chest/Tri, Back/Bi, Shoulder/traps, and Legs 2X a week.
Is that 450 your doing on the T-bar Row?
