Gym Location:

When I Started:
Dec, 2006
How I Started:
I looked in the mirror and was not happy with what I saw. I was always trying to hide myself with clothes, but that wasn't easy because I was busting out of everything I owned. Finally decided I couldn't stand it and began working out watching what I ate. After almost a year I had dropped 60+ pounds and was very lean, unfortunately I spent some of that time doing things the wrong way and became too lean.
Shortly after life happened and 2 years later found myself back to square one. And here I am the second time around, only this time I won't fail.
Why I Love It:
The feeling I get from pushing myself, forcing my body to change and become better.
How I Stay Motivated:
Motivation comes from within, however it's also helpful too see what others have accomplished and know that someday I can obtain that as well.

Get down to 10% Bodyfat while keeping as much muscle as possible.
Goal (Long):
Gained 20 pounds, most of which was crap weight. I have finally foudn the mental strength to stick to a diet strictly, after realizing my body doesnt accept cheating at all. No more alcohol, and no more cheat meals. Diet will be strict, will add cardio into the regimen regularly and lift hard, I want to get rid of the fat that I have been carrying my entire life.
So today marks the first workout missed in 5 weeks. To some this may not seem like a big deal however 6 days a week in the gym and 5 straight weeks of no cheating on my diet is hell of an accomplishment and has proven to myself that I can do this. Something broke at the gym, as such they...
lol- share it is;) haha..
Well i have a lot of work still. there is always things to improve upon and I dont want to stop :)I want to be the best me and i know i'm not there yet and probably will never be, so it makes the journey that much better!:)
lol ..your trying to steal thermostat way from me arent you! haha.. tricking me into thinking i dont need it;) LOL
It would be nice to try out the product and see how it works.
haha..thanks for the compliment and your hardwork will pay off!:)
I did have a busy weekend. You? Its great that you have been dieting strict. Keep it up. Once you have a longer time under your belt, you'll really feel a difference. make aure to get in fish and flax oil daily, a multivitamin and eat 6-7 meals with protein in every meal. I'll help in planning if you need me to.
You would be suprised. i jumped into that comp 7 weeks out, before that I didn't know it existed and took 2nd and 3rd. You have plenty of time, ggod diet and some nutracuticals. You'll be fine!
Yeah..I hear you about the weekends..if I know i'm going out somewhere where the food is not that healthy I'll get full before I go out on some clean foods so that I won't mess up too bad when I'm out there( and corona lite, 3's my limit) but I'll have guilt anyway so I have a treadmill set up in the garage with a t.v. for late night cardio calorie burn!!
I pretty much mix one week of heavy/low reps with the next week being medium weights /high reps and always changing the order of each workout to keep the muscles confused. Before the workout I'll have oatmeal with banana and raisins with a little milk so I have sustained energy throughout the workout and afterwards I'll have an egg omelete with veggies ( just need protein because the muscles are starving at this point and helps rebuilding).that's it in a nutshell!!
Thanks for compliment bro! It's crazy I still believe genetics has a lot to do with it. What works for some won't work for others. Size is easy "EAT, EAT, EAT" I thought that was insane advice thinking OMG if I eat like that I'll turn into a fat pig. Fact was opposite, clean eating High protien, complex carbs. I didn't touch any dairy, bread, or sugar. It won't happen over night...stay dedicated YOU CAN DO IT!!!!
