I had never been interested in exercise.
I hated Physical Education class.
I was never in sports in school.
I thought, when i was younger that "i could eat whatever i wanted". Well that sure caught up with me!
Next thing you know, i'm walking around with thunder thighs and a huge ass.
My mom recently told me that i started gaining weight when i was 9. And she had to hide all the treats in the house, or just simply stop buying them because i wont eat them all.
I had a huge over-indulgence problem.
When i turned 19, that over-indulgence problem also applied to alcohol, that is when i gained the bulk of my weight that i currently have.
I now know that for the rest of my life, i will fuel my body properly!
MOTIVATION!
I got a job at my current gym and my boss started teaching me everything he knows, and i stopped trying to get "skinny" and wanted to get lean and buff!
LIFT HEAVY, DON'T GIVE UP!
Why I Love It:
The rush i get, the results i get, my future vision! THE WAY IT MAKES ME FEEL!!
How I Stay Motivated:
Thinking about my figure comp next year!
i WANT TO BE A FITNESS MODEL. my biggest goal!
BB Accomplishments:
Being able to go on the ols-school stair master for more than 5 minutes without fainting.
QUITTING SMOKING!!!!!!

i drank heavily, smoked, ate shitty and did not work out. Look at the difference from this picture to now, especially my face/skin tone
I love having the weekends off. Me and my girlfriends always do something fitness-fun on sundays. Last sunday we did the grouse grnid hike in vancouver...I'm not sure about this sunday though!
I'm actually feeling kind of weird because i can feel all...
30-45 minutes. Usually anything from skipping rope, riding the bike, running intervals, cross-trainer and stairmaster. Sometimes i wil only do one option, or i will mix them up. I always change up my cardio routine.
Great progress!! You will have a blast competing. We have an INBF show every August in Washington state. We would love to have you come down and compete. We are a pro qualifier for the WNBF!!
