How I Started:
I had never been interested in exercise.
I hated Physical Education class.
I was never in sports in school.
I thought, when i was younger that "i could eat whatever i wanted". Well that sure caught up with me!
When i turned 19, that over-indulgence problem also applied to alcohol, that is when i gained the bulk of my weight that i currently have.

I now know that for the rest of my life, i will fuel my body properly!

MOTIVATION!

I got a job at my current gym and my boss started teaching me everything he knows, and i stopped trying to get "skinny" and wanted to get lean and buff!
Why I Love It:
The rush i get, the results i get, my future vision! THE WAY IT MAKES ME FEEL!!
How I Stay Motivated:
Knowing that a healthy and fit body takes hard work! I just keep pushing!

Good afternoon all.....

9 weeks out as of tomorrow...! Can't wait for the show! I am getting antsy.

Diet has been tweaked...easier to follow.. one day, same every day, straight across the board..

Doing tons oif cardio, weights and interval training! Kind of grumpy but trying to keep...
