Thanks for the message. What keeps me at the gym is motivation and seeing the results. I use headphone with my own music and keep a log of my progress. Last time I went to the beach it was shirtless and someone said, out loud, "That guy’s buff! He’s been working out." That's my motivation:)

Check out my blog. There is a good tuna recipe that you can try. I haven't purchased a soda drink since sophomore in high school. I usually just take in a big whif of the donuts and walk away. The good smell is enough to cure the crave:)

Nice Halloween picture...that is for Halloween right? You need to go to the gym wearing that, act like nothing's different, and do your workout:) Nice job on getting cut/defined too!

What up Nate! Thanks for the comment. Keep up your progress! Remember to watch your diet. Most people don't figure that part out until they are in their 30's. Adjusting my diet made a BIG difference for me.

As a matter of fact I just popped open a can of tuna right now. Mmm, mmm, mmmm! I'm used to eating things for the benefit and not the taste. This definitely falls into that category.

Thanks for the comment! Great progress! Instead of your goal to lose 15 lbs I would try for "Gain 15 lbs of muscle" :) Around 200 lbs is a good weight for a 6'1" guy.
