Workout Program:
Weights for Shoulders and Back Monday
Cardio and Pilates Tuesday
Weights for thighs and calves Wed
Cardio and pilates Thursday
Weights for Bicep and Tricep Friday
Saturday Off day
Sunday Combination of Strength and endurance with weights and Cardio.
Each workout is 30-45 mins long, and I do Abs every day.
