thanks! I keep motivated by setting goals. I actually just picked up a sponsor, so now I just have to keep it up. that helps a bit too!

I've got 10 more to go....the weight gainers help me but I think they also add some stomach fat as well. I usually go for 1-3lbs a week for gaining and losing. They say thats the healthiest.
