So I figured I would show my ""Before's"". My lowest weight was 110lbs and the heaviest was 188.8lbs. This is really hard for me to do especially when I get to my last years picture after the rebound weight gain..but if I can give someone else hope who has been struggling, then I will post them! :)
This was 2004 for my little sisters homecoming dance. I weighed myself and I remember it was 112lbs and I was sooo pleased because I really didn't eat that much that day..like every day.

Same night, diff angle for a pic. I only did cardio-becaues haha..weights make you bulky ;) lol what a loser and how missinformed I was..
As you can tell my hair is thin and unhealhty looking, some of it was actually coming out, creeped me out but haha of course my nutrition was solid.. ya right..and about 1/4 of it was being thrown up in the toilet every so often sometimes more than others, now that is a nice thought.

Here is another picture a year later, still same weight. I remember this day specifically because I didn't want my stomach to pouch so I didn't really eat anything, but yet I was ready to hit up the Hard A at the party!
Smiling on the outside, but hating myself on the inside.

This is incredibly embarrassing to me to even post this.lol i'm crying as we speak.So wow..as you can see a HUGE amount of weight gain which started in April 2006 my body just kind of quit playing games & I just ruined my metabolism so badly and that when i started to eat food again..the rebound happened, also I became depressed because I couldn't lose weight and then that led to binge, then starve.. wow lame I know. Too much to say to describe this..and not enough space to type..I'll just leave it at that. After this picture i started to eat right and the weight gradually started coming off! I lost 40lbs from this picture to Sept 2007, and since then I have actually gained some muscle & dropped BF%!
I have SEEN the light of EATING clean foods, weights, and cardio!:) I can actually smile & say that I am proud of me, I never gave up! :O)

Wow..so this time last year I hated myself for having an eating disorder and the weight I gained from it..but I worked hard and I didn't give up.I'm so proud of how far I have come and especially with the help of Jason who has been working w/ me for the last 6 weeks; which I am forever grateful for! I have seen so much change over these 6 weeks its unreal! :O)
So for anyone w/ an eating disorder you can beat it..and EAT food!! :O)

So..I'm stoked. Today is high carb day AND Cheat meal!!:) Well I'm so pleased. Wow..The best part is that i'm not even close to being finished yet:)
This morning..lost -.1" off my stomach.. and a depressing -.5" off my little boy looking chest.. why not off my butt?!!?
So 3/4 credit goes to Jason & his amazing skills!

I'm seeing progress.. and well my stomach is still soft, but I couldn't be happier because well..it was stretched out quiiitteee a bit before :) My waist is getting smaller again!:) Yeessss!!..
Ok wow-the lighting did nothing for my face LOL.. i don't look that hideous! lol!

Again..very happy with progress..:)
Coming from my BEFORE pics in Feb last year to now. No magic pills..hard work, sweat, and quite a few hours at the gym later :) Anyone can achieve the body they want if you REALLY want it!:)
1/2 credit goes to Jphillips17, and then 1/4 credit to hollandc, and then of course 1/4 credit to me for doing the work!!:) More progress to come :)

A little Flex of the arm and happy with stomach, this was after 3 16.9oz water bottles, and 3/4cup oats so i'm pretty happy. Lower abs are of course not my fav, but they were stretched out QUITE a bit..so all in time they will tighten :)
