How I Started:
I've always loved to exercise but went about it the wrong way by not incorportating weight training. This past spring (2006)I gained a whopping 60lbs in about 7 months and it was thought to be a thyroid problem and also most likely was caused by a combination of numerous starvation low calorie diets.
Later in February 2007 all of a sudden things started to run right because I started to eat food to support my body and I started to feel like myself again! Then my journey to lose the rebound weight started.. :)
Previous to all of this I was what you call skinny fat weighing about 110-113 was a Cardio Queen because I believed like many of the myths out there that lifting weights would make me bulky. HA! Also I wouldn't admit it then but I had an eating disorder(bulimia/anorexia)and one day I just got tired of it and stopped cold turkey, I never thought about it again or could live like that again! :)
So this last February(2007)I was desperate to lose the weight that I had gained and my aunt talked me into doing Jenny Craig w/ her. It was one of the best things I have ever done in my life. It showed me that I can eat a lot of good food and still lose weight which was a new concept for me,I was always told you have to cut calories..well my caloric intake used to be, I'm ashamed to post it 500-800 cals a day w/little protein,my intake was mostly from coffee and vegetables, virtually no fat,because my misinformed self believed all the bogus myths like many people do that eating fat would make you fat..how much i've learned since then!! I did 6 days a week of 1 hr long or more cardio sessions drinking very little water. I was horrible to my body.
After a while of Jenny I wanted to cook my own food because staying on plan 100% was not a problem for me, it was learning to eat consistently.In June I ran across Tom Venuto's Burn the Fat Feed the Muscle,which was another great investment/eye-opener of how the body functions and about fat loss not just weightloss. I've lost 40 lbs from February to early September and lost a looottt of inches!
Now I eat clean healthy food 6x a day,drink tons of water, lift weights 5x a week as well as daily cardio and sometimes double sessions. I love every minute that i'm in the gym.
Why I Love It:
I love pushing myself and the feeling I get when I finish an intense workout!! Plus who doesn't love having a better body!?
How I Stay Motivated:
By keeping my mind right and focused, I have some awesome people who put a lot of time and effort into helping me reach my goals, so I can't let them down like J-dogg (Jphillips17),Big Blue & PJ(Gaspari Superpump& Plasma Jet),Cat(hollandc).I pretty much have the best damn team..lucky girl I know:)
BB Accomplishments:
Beating an EATING DISORDER by myself and
losing 40lbs of the rebound weight from Feb-Sept..but I still have lots of work to do! :)

So I figured I would show my ""Before's"". My lowest weight was 110lbs and the heaviest was 188.8lbs. This is really hard for me to do especially when I get to my last years picture after the rebound weight gain..but if I can give someone else hope who has been struggling, then I will post...
haha..this is for a contest thread for Anabolic Innovations..lol it was for "hot chicks holding AI products/or sign" ..but it's progress:)
I measured my body fat and on 5/6 it was 20.5.. and today it was 19.6! :)

Goal (Long):
1) I want to have a phsique of a Figure girl and to compete when my body is ready!
2) Get lean & have some fierce muscles!;)
3) 6 Pack abs!!
4) Want to be vascular and see some veins popping
5) I hope to inspire or help motivate anyone who are wanting to change their life!
Sometimes all it takes is a little bit of extra encouragement to get going :) I posted my story in hopes that someone else can see that it's possible. I have gotten great PM's from others who have struggled/or are currently struggling with eating disorders and trust me you can win!:)

That's awesome! I always wondered about the accuracy of that device...my neighbor likes to pinch me with those calipers..lol..the old fashioned way, but I don't think that's accurate either! So I take the reading from my scale. I am good hun, cranky cuz it's gloomy out:)
refeeds?how does that work is it low crabs or no carbs for 4 days then a load of carbs on day 5?... im gd thanx even bigger now over 300lbs in weight ,strength is up also after a 3 week lay off due to injury:(
It sure is cheaper then a bottle of fat burner supplement and it sure tastes good too, it will be a secret between us, else everyone will be out getting it and have abs...lol...FEMBOT!
